I have worn Asics Gel Cumulus shoes for years because they are the only well cushioned shoes I can find in a narrow width. The only problem that I have with them is that I get a lot of burning on the bottom of my left heel after about 5 miles - possibly related to a bone spur on my left foot. I have had this problem with every model of Gel Cumulus except the Gel Cumulus 8. I am currently wearing the Gel Cumulus 10 but have a worn out pair of Gel Cumulus 8s I wear on long runs (14-16 miles) because running beyond 5 miles is too painful in the Gel Cumulus 9s and 10s.
Is there anywhere I could find a pair (or several) of Gel Cumulus 8s in a women’s size 9AA?
